QCRED Council Structure

 

QCRED has worked hard over the last year to adopt a non-hierarchical and community based coalition structure to ensure that we can administer our programs and policies as effectively and equitably as possible.   In less elitist language: we have been working our asses off for the last 2 years!!!!

 

The QCRED Council acts as the nucleus of the coalition.  Monetary decisions, staff supervision, community representation, and long-term goal setting are all part of the ongoing work of the QCRED Council.  The Council acknowledges that without administrative support the vast communities which the many QCRED initiatives serve would be impossible to reach.  No one position on the QCRED Council is more important or valuable than another, rather the Council benefits from the unique knowledge and experiences each Council member contributes.
